How it works
Select BOX NOW as your delivery method at checkout and pay by credit/debit card, PayPal or Klarna.
Choose the BOX NOW Locker you prefer from the map.
When your parcel is delivered to the Locker, you will receive a message with a PIN that opens the BOX NOW compartment.
Use the PIN to collect your parcel from the Locker you selected. It is available 24/7!

- Your parcel will be waiting for you in the BOX NOW compartment for 72 hours. You can extend the period by an additional 48 hours easily via the website https://track.boxnow.gr/ or by calling our call center at 2251 024107.
- A flat volumetric charge applies per order.
- You can pay for your order using a credit/debit card, PayPal, Bank Deposit or KLARNA.
- If you received your order via BOX NOW and wish to make a product return, you must have the shipment voucher which you will use for the return process.
