TRAVEL GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The company MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE), hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", organizes a giveaway with a prize consisting of a trip to Lesvos for two (2) people, in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. The giveaway will be promoted through the company's website and its official social media accounts.

Duration of the Giveaway

The giveaway starts on the date of its publication and ends on July 31, 2026, at 23:59.

Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Employees of the Organizer, partners directly involved in the administration of the giveaway, and their relatives up to the second degree are excluded from participation.

How to Participate

Each completed order placed through the online store at www.marilynboutique.gr during the giveaway period corresponds to one (1) entry into the prize draw.

The Organizer may offer additional entries through its Live Shopping events on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, specifically through the wheel game. The more valid entries a participant has, the greater their chances of being selected as the winner.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a trip to Lesvos for two (2) people, including:

• Round-trip airline tickets.

• Five (5) nights accommodation at Zaira Hotel.

• Rental car for transportation during the stay.

The trip will take place from September 8, 2026, to September 13, 2026.

Prize Draw

The draw will take place electronically at the Organizer’s offices within fifteen (15) days following the end of the giveaway. Alternate winners will also be selected and announced through the Organizer’s social media channels.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via email, telephone, or direct message through the social media account associated with their order.

If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner within seven (7) days from the first communication attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

Prize Acceptance

The prize is personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted with another prize.

Winner Announcement

The Organizer reserves the right to publish the winner’s first name and the initial letter of their surname through its official communication channels following the completion of the winner selection process.

Personal Data

Participants’ personal data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Greek legislation.

Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by airlines, accommodation providers, car rental companies, or events of force majeure.

Modification of Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the giveaway at any time for a valid reason, provided that participants are informed through the Organizer’s official communication channels.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Travel Documents and Availability

The winner and their chosen companion are responsible for possessing all valid identification and travel documents required for the trip. The Organizer shall bear no responsibility if the winner and/or their companion are unable to travel due to the absence or invalidity of the required documents.

Fixed Travel Dates

The prize applies exclusively to the trip scheduled to take place from September 8, 2026, to September 13, 2026. If the winner and/or their companion are unable to travel on these specific dates for any reason, the prize cannot be rescheduled, exchanged for another prize, or redeemed for cash compensation and shall be considered forfeited. In such case, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
