COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The company MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE) is organizing a competition according to the procedure described below, through which the following prizes will be distributed to the lucky winners. The entire promotional action is carried out through the official page of MARILYN BOUTIQUE (https://www.facebook.com/marilynboutique.gr) on Facebook and on the website (https://www.marilynboutique.gr/).
2) The selection and announcement of the winners will be made through the company's social media or personal communication via email.
3) The right to participate in the competition can be acquired by any natural person residing in Greece. MARILYN BOUTIQUE employees, as well as individuals directly involved in the management of this promotional action and relatives of all of the above up to the second degree.
4) The procedure is as follows: From 01/11/2025 until 13/11/2025 at 11:00, those who wish to participate in the competition must take the necessary steps described in the competition announcement, responsibly declaring that they assume all responsibility for the personal data they register.
5) Competition Prizes: The competition will be held via Facebook and the site and 1 lucky winner will be drawn, who will win 1 gift certificate of 100€, for purchases on the MARILYN BOUTIQUE site (https://www.marilynboutique.gr/).
6) The winners will receive their prize after contacting the company MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE).
7) A draw will be held to determine the winner, which will take place at the company's offices until 24/11/2025.
8) The company MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE) has the right to cancel the draw or change its date.
9) During the draw, alternate winners will also be selected, to whom the competition prizes will be allocated in the event that they are not received on time or are not awarded to an initial winner due to cancellation of participation.
10) MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE) reserves the right to announce the names of the winners on the website https://www.marilynboutique.gr/, as well as on the website https://www.instagram.com/marilyn_boutique. The above also applies to Maria Korinthiou, where she reserves the right to announce the names of the winners on the website https://www.instagram.com/mariakorinthiou/. By participating in the competition, the ‘Participants’ give their express and unreserved consent to the above announcement of their names.
11) Participation in the promotional action implies the participant's express and unconditional consent to the misuse of personal data in a file that will be kept with them by the Organizers as responsible for their processing through automated or non-automated means, either by themselves or through any other person they appoint by order and on their behalf for the purpose of this promotional action, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2472/1997 as in force, as well as for other promotional purposes, namely, for Marketing actions.
12) If any of the winners of the competition refuses the prize, or the conditions for their participation in the competition do not apply, or if any attempt to notify them by 30/11/2025 is unsuccessful, the prize will be awarded to the alternate winner.
13) Participation and prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. The sole obligation of MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE) is to secure the prizes for the winner who won.
14) ‘Participants’ agree that MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE) and generally its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional companies collaborating in this promotion as well as all respective executives, directors, employees, representatives and attorneys will not bear any responsibility, otherwise they are exempt from any liability towards any lucky/winner for any injury, loss or any damage arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize, gift or parts thereof.
15) MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE) is entitled to change the terms of the competition or withdraw it, at any time, by announcement on the website https://www.marilynboutique.gr/, as well as on the website
https://www.instagram.com/marilyn_boutique . MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI K SIA IKE) reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel any participation it considers to be contrary to the official terms and conditions of the draw or to harm the proper and impartial conduct of the competition.
16) Participation in the draw requires the unconditional acceptance of the above terms of participation.
